Poor Quality & No SupportWe purchased a pontoon boat cover on 02/22/2025, and it has already torn. When my husband contacted National Covers, they directed him to the manufacturer, Eevelle. Eevelle is operating as National Covers/National RV, they are the same company. He submitted a warranty claim over three weeks ago and has received absolutely no response. Despite repeated phone calls, emails, and a resubmitted claim a week ago, no one has followed up. The cover does not hold up, and the warranty is essentially worthless since no one is willing to respond or stand behind the product. We will continue using all available online outlets to try to get a response.
